1. Acetate Frames
Cellulose acetate is a “living” material that can be restored to its original splendor.
- Polishing and Refurbishing: We remove the typical “white patina” caused by sweat and time, restoring the original shine to the frame.
- Welding of parts without glues( whenever possible)
- Hinge Repair: Replacement or re-anchoring of broken or loose hinges.
- Fit Adaptation: Modification of rod curvature for better comfort.
- ⚠️ Technical limitation: If the plastic is “crystallized” and shows chipping(becomes dry and crumbles to the touch), regeneration is unfortunately not possible.
2. Metal Frames
Metal requires millimeter-precision interventions.
- Welds : We perform micro-welds on bridges , muzzles for net breaks or rods.
- Component Replacement: Change of nose pads (yellowed or stiff), rod ends , rods and hardware.
- Realignment: Restoring the geometric alignment of the eyeglass after a fall or crushing.
- ⚠️ Aesthetic note: Welding may leave a small mark at the joint; in some cases, a subsequent painting or galvanic treatment.
3. Lenses (Corrective and Sunglass)
Lenses are the most delicate part of your visual device.
- Lens Replacement: It is not possible to “polish” a rifled lens especially in the presence of anti-reflective treatments(you would damage the dioptric power). However, we offer fitting of new sunglass or graded lenses while keeping your preferred frame.
- Custom Shaping: We also fit new lenses to vintage or discontinued frames.
- ✅ What we can regenerate: Ultrasonic deep cleaning and restoration of surface water repellent treatments.( where possible).
4. Vintage and “New Old Stock” Glasses.
We specialize in the recovery of historical pieces.
- Total Overhaul: Complete disassembly, sanitization, lubrication of mechanical parts and reassembly.

How long does the repair take?
On average, most interventions are completed in 10-15 working days. For complex cases or rare spare parts, the time may be slightly longer.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes, we guarantee the intervention carried out. If the welding or polishing shows structural defects in the short term, we will intervene free of charge.
Can I repair an eyeglass that has been glued on with Attack?
It is very difficult. The glues cyanoacrylics chemically burn surfaces and penetrate the material that absorbs them. We will try to remove the residue, but the aesthetic result and functional may not be perfect. Council: never glue the eyeglass before bringing it to us!
Do you ship anywhere in the country?
Certainly. If you can’t come to our store in Mestre, you can ship the eyeglass to us by courier service reliable. We will send it back to you refurbished directly toyour address.

Before you contact us or visit us, make sure you have this information ready to receive an immediate evaluation:
- Photo: Take a close-up photo of the damage (breaking point or dull area). Put the eyeglass outside in the sunlight so that the defects, oxidation and colors of the frame can be seen well. Put on a white sheet of paper and take a few pictures from different angles.
- Total Photo: A photo of the whole eyeglass to identify the model.
- Make and Model: Check the markings inside the rods (e.g., Ray-Ban, Persol, etc.).
- Type of Material: Indicates whether it is metal (gold/silver color) or plastic/acetate.
- Description of the Problem: Briefly explain how the damage occurred (opacity, net breakage, loss of color) e/or what you wish to improve.
Expert’s advice: Do not attempt “do-it-yourself” repairs with instant glues (such as Attack). Glue often corrodes materials and makes subsequent professional repair impossible.
